PCP wasn't there(and obviously doesn't work here anymore) had to see another Dr. waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, then another hour in the room. She spent a total of 5 minutes with my child and acted like she didn't have time for my questions. Will be changing my PCP and never going back to this clinic. I would have rather paid cash and went somewhere else than used my insurance and gone here.
We have been going there for six years. But today they refused to see my sick child. They told me it was illegal to see her unless I could prove I was her mother. I have provided court documents 3 times in the past.Why would I take someone else's sick kid to the doc? Do people do that ? No.
