Very friendly staff and doctors. The lady at the front worked with me and was very patient and kind while I looked for information needed. She researched and worked with what I had to search for my daughter's insurance.
My experience was fine getting in to see someone for an infection. Turned out I was being treated by a PA. Have been waiting for several days for someone to read the lab, called three times, no one there to read the lab. No call back. 2nd time this has happened. Will not be back
Once in the room, both physicians were very caring and helpful. An unexpected visit turned out to be a good experience and now my daughter is set for the weekend. The hours they have are great!
Worst clinic ever or people don't know how to doctor here in TRMC. My Mother died bc of this clinic. They never TC scanned her for cancer and when we took her to the ER At the Hospital which runs thru TRMC said that they couldn't do anything about it she was at the last stage it had spread everywhere in her body. All they did was give her pain medications so she could die without pain.
They have had some good np but everytine they get a good one they leave .so sad that we can't depend on a np that we can get to help us by getting to know us . They need some good np or medical assistance.
