Well not only is service outstanding at Dynamics but the people within the gym are so kind and generous. The equipment there are past sufficient, always has a clean environment, facility is spacious, and the protein shakes they make are a gift from god! If anyone is looking to into getting in shape or staying in it Dynamics is the place to be. (Prices can not be beat!)

Place could definitely use updating and revamping, but it gets the job done if you want to get stronger. A great group of members, and a feeling of community to boot. Not the nicest, newest gym in the area, but the people make it best.
