My mother stopped in this store for the first time the other day after driving by and seeing a outside patio wicker set. She went in and asked to look at it, they let her in the back to do so and she decided she wanted to buy it. The employees told her since it was in the back she could not buy it until they brought it out on Monday morning which made no sense at all. So she went back Monday morning and was there before they opened to buy it. When the store opened she told them she was back to buy the wicker set in the back. Well they already sold it to someone else after they told her she couldn't buy it till Monday. So I guess they are just making up rules or just breaking them for who they want. Of course she was furiou, wasted her time and not to mention she really wanted that set. She spoke with a manager that was useless and rude. Even though this store is from donations I'm guess they still need to learn some customer service skills and sticking by what they tell someone. This store will not get our business!!
It's a shame anyone would rank this less than five stars. I bought from them for years the values great and the inventory is always different. I own a home in Dallas in in Mount Pleasant and always drop by every time I'm in town. The staff is friendly and I would rank them 5 + if you had it. The money goes to a great cause also it always makes me feel good when I'm doing and at the same time doing something I want.
