This place is a fun place to go to get some work done. I love this place.
I gave this organization a 1 star, only because google wouldn't let me give them less than one! We ordered a fungo bat in late March 2016. On April 12, they charged our account for this bat. We didn't receive it until late April. On June 7, they swept my account again & emailed me a second invoice. I called & spoke with Debbie Sullivan. She told me that they were having software issues and they didn't know who had and hadn't paid so they charged everyone again. I told her that I needed refund. She asked that I check my bank account to make sure it had drafted initially. I called her back & told her it had on April 12. She told me that she would refund my money. On June 9, I received a "refund" notice. I have had my bank on alert checking to see if it's been refunded as Debbie told me it sometimes takes 5 days to get it refunded. It's now been 11 days & still no refund. I emailed Debbie again on the 16th & on the 17th I received an other refund notice. Today is now the 20th & still nothing. I called & spoke with Manager Mike Kirby who told me they were having issues & they didn't have any idea who had paid & didn't. Not a very good way to run a business. He told me that obviously Debbie was helping me. I told him she was not as I have 2 different invoices showing that she's refunded my money & I haven't gotten it back yet. I requested a check be fed ex'd to me. He told me he'd contact accounts payable. This was certainly not our fault & I can't believe a company is not being apologetic & anxious to get these refunds to clients as apparently I wasn't the only one affected. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS! They arbitrarily recharged all their client because they couldn't figure out who had & hadn't paid! Give me a break. If I handled business like they do, I would have been run out of town a long time ago.
