They do a great job packing valuables. I have been waiting on an insurance claim for about 6 or 7 weeks from FedEx because an expensive piece of art was damaged upon delivery, I had to refund buyer his money. The pictures of the damage were plain to see so I do not know who is liable. I paid for additional coverage due to the value of item. Pack-n-mail has not kept me up to date, I have to contact them on my claim to get any updates. Either way I believe I have waited plenty of time and now I'm getting a little upset.
