I couldn't rate with NO STARS so I'm giving only one. This place is a HUGE rip off and a perfect picture of what's wrong with American Healthcare. They are seriously over billing insurance providers for services. Services charged should equal services received...simple business principle. I will not be going back to TRMC unless some major changes are made.
I called to talk to an employee and a lady by the name of Julie I believe answered the phone. (she said she was a supervisor) She was confused because she said there we're two people by that name that worked there. She ask what department she worked in. I told her I didn't know. So she ask if I knew her extension. I replied no. I was somewhat exasperated because I have had to call this employee periodically and had never had so much trouble...so the "supervisor" thinking I could not hear her said, "what a witch!" I hung up and called back and said this is the witch. She showed no signs of embarrassment. She just ask if she sent me to the wrong person. I'm stunned so I told her it wasn't important and hung up. And then called back and ask to talk to her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor! I suggested she apologize to me and especially if she was the supervisor. She said she was sorry she did not mean for me to hear her!
The only thing that was good was the nurse that helped my mother. The ER doctor never came in and spoke with the family. I was not pleased at all.
I didn't have an experience at this place, but my husband did and I'd like to share. He was having some lab work done and the ladies that helped him figure things out and what all he needed to do were simply amazing from what he said. He couldn't express how polite and helpful they were, went on about it for two days. Who ever these women are, are amazing at their job and deserve raises! Lol
This is one of the worst hospitals ever!! The ER doctor, Bindu Nair, does not care and is rude and should rethink being in this business! And when I am in pain and would like a steroid shot for help, I feel they should do so. They told me "they cannot do that"... Um yes they can. I have been here enough to know that! Total joke!!!!
