Ordered almost 100 dollars through telaflora on a Monday about 1:45 and was assured the flowers woukd be delivered by 5 p.m. to the hospital.

Service was bad, the order was not right, and what I have ordered was in bad condition. And they would also not answer any of my phone calls.
The flowers never arrived that day nor had they arrived by noon the following day. A call to telaflora resulted in me being told the order was placed past the florists cut off time for same day delivery, which was 2. P.m. .. At 2 p.m. the flowers had still not been delivered and I called the florists who gave me the same reason for non delivery as before. When I asked why the flowers had not been delivered this morning I was told they went out on this morning's deliveries, to which I replied, then my sister would have her flowers and she does not.
I will never buy so much as a weed from these folks who have no problem giving family of sick people the run around
