Overall pleasant experience but days like today make it not so pleasant, my fiance called to update her phone number on file since she got a new number, they said it was updated but yet today her Dr isn't here and they gave been trying to contact her for days to reschedule her appt for that reason but since they didn't actually have her new number we are waiting an hour past her scheduled appt time to see a midwife and we still haven't been seen yet
