Words cannot describe the talent, precision, perfection and kindness both the Doctor and his staff exhibit the moment you walk in the door. Mount Pleasant Dentist made getting my wisdom teeth out feel like just another teeth cleaning. He is adamant about making sure his patients feel comfortable. I've gone to several dentists throughout my life and after going here I will never go anywhere else.
The staff was very unprofessional and rude. I took a 25 year old woman to her 230 pm dentist because her face was swollen and she had an abcess. She had no id and no ss card but she wasn't using any INSURANCE her dental was covered by PRIVATE funds. The company sent a letter the day OF the appointment verifying the information and approving the visit as they requested. They wanted MY ID because I took her. I filled out her paperwork (she is in pain, her teeth has her eye swollen as well as her ear aching) they had her sign in front of them. While sitting there I called Dr. McCauley and told them the situation and they told me to come on inmediately. I made it at 310 and was in at 320 and out at 4pm with 4 prescriptions, xray and complete exam. Then I get notified via email that she was appalled at my behavior in the waiting room (not because I was loud, cursed, or did anything inappropriate which I did none of these things) because I do not have the ID or SS card of an adult individual with 2 kids and drives a car. (when did that become MY responsibility). Tried to say it was a HIPPA violation for ME not to have her ID because she has a slight learning disability which let me know she didn't have a clue about HIPPA and what it included or stood for. In my opinion not a good place to do business with at ALL. Then had the nerve to threaten me with DEFAMATION if I gave my opinion of the experience I had in this office.
Dr. Taylor provides the best experience you can possibly have a dental clinic. It is very assuring when you know quality work comes with great service. Thanks Mount Pleasant Dentist. I recommend everyone that has any hesitations or has had previous bad experience with dentists to give Dr. Taylor a shot.
