Always friendly, even for a free rotation or free flat fix. They recommend a different brand of tires after mine were not lasting long enough. The new tires they recommend have long past the other set and I still have some life on them from thier check today. Best thing is the tires they recommend where less than what I had before.
Rarely have I experienced the quality of service Troy, Guillermo and the team at this shop showed me today. After having a tire failure late last night nearing the end of a 1,500 mile road trip due to a family emergency, they replaced the failed tire free of charge (no questions asked) and offered me a matching "used" tire to replace my "temporary" spare for a drastically reduced price. On top of that they completed all the work in an unbelievably short time that my local Las Vegas stores could take a lesson or two from.
