James is awesome and we were able to strike a deal we both felt was fair. I worked with Kyle in financing to arrange really good terms. I closed with Chris who was a pleasure also. I had dealings with John also and he seemed ready and willing to assist, so a very good team, good people and I would recommend them to my friends.
I went in to purchase a mini van. The manager followed me around making comments about women shoppers (my husband was working). When it came down to deal time, the person that I was working with informed me that another salesman had instructed him that I should stick with my SUV since I was obviously pregnant and would need the room. When I stated that I wanted a mini van for this purpose, I was followed around by the manager again and he was telling me that I should pay my bills on time. They hadn't even run our credit and he was loudly talking about how I shouldn't get a Toyota because he didn't think I looked like I should be driving one. He then kept asking me why I had traded up from my last four Toyota vehicles. All in all, my husband met me at a different dealership and we drove away in a brand new, top of the line Chrysler Mini Van. We won't go back here, and I inform my Toyota driving family members to make the drive to Classic in Tyler (where we bought our 4 Toyota cars and had excellent service).
Excellent experience here. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Toyota makes a great vehicle and the staff at Everett make buying and owning one a great experience. The people there work together to help put you into a vehicle that makes sense for you and treat you like an old friend. John McCain worked hard to find a vehicle that I could fit in and be comfortable, huge thanks to him and everyone there. Everett rocks!
Very friendly and attentive staff. Respectful, helpful and gave me the respect, value and attention I expected from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Angel is definitely a good rep, patient and overall good. We were able to work out a deal, and walked out satisfied overall. The plus side of the entire transaction is that it "just so happened" (right), that the Everett family and my family both share the Faith. My wife and I drove 4+, hours by "coincidence", to do our business at Everette's. First thing my wife and I noticed, the radio station/music being played is faith-based, faith-filled music. Best place to buy a vehicle hands down! Staff is very customer friendly and honest with a lot of informative information. Wally Walters and Roy Price took the time to find me what best suited me and my budget along with finance Chris Manley. Brandon, Michael and Roy went above and beyond to get me my dream car! UPDATE: Everett Toyota contacted me about my review. They informed me that they have new owners and new management. I will be planning a visit to look at vehicles soon and will update on their service and hospitality. These are very important to a positive customer experience.

Hey I had a really good experience with Everett Toyota. I found my King Ranch online and made a call to Mt Pleasant which is about 2.5 hours north of us in Lufkin, but the 2015 Ford I found there was amazing and James initially took my call.
